PSI can provide installation, daily technical support, customer training and project planning.

Paradigm Premium service is unique due to the level of technical competence our technicians possess. Our technicians not only undergo manufacturer training and certification but are trained internally by a master service technician. New technicians shadow master technicians until they complete a test of system understanding. Our clients are assigned a project manager that is responsible for the strategic and daily management of the account.
